Simplifying the Flight Booking Experience
Lion Air serves millions of passengers annually, yet its digital booking experience presents usability challenges that impact user satisfaction. Complex navigation, unclear pricing, and inefficient booking flows create friction, making it difficult for users to complete their journey with confidence. This project focuses on redesigning the booking experience to be more intuitive, transparent, and efficient. By improving information architecture and simplifying user flows, the design aims to create a seamless end-to-end experience from flight search to booking and check-in across both web and mobile platforms.
